　　The man who has never graduated junior high school.
　　The nationality is free.

Introduction of night school
　　Night school was established for the people who were not able to graduate from an elementary school unavoidably for one’s poverty,
diseases and domestic circumstances and war at the compulsory education age.
Many persons are learning in junior high school night class to regain their past time.
In a class they can study from the beginning of writing and reading letters to junior high school third grade.
They can also acquire knowledge necessary for life and work.
A qualification of junior high school graduation is provided, too.
Going on to a high school is also possible.
Students with different age, nationalities and life-style learn together and school becomes a place where a warm man exchange is accomplished.
There is a meeting with wonderful schoolmates and a valuable life experience is obtained.
